Titanium Alloy Local Loading Superplastic Forming/Diffusion Bonding Technology

In view of the serious surface deformation problem caused by the traditional multi-piece hot forming + welding process of the streamlined support plate of the titanium alloy of the aircraft engine, a local loading superplastic forming/diffusion bonding technology was proposed, which achieved an integrated high-precision forming solution for the support plate assembly and achieved good results. It effectively solved the problems of local grooves, material thinning and uneven wall thickness caused by the traditional multi-layer titanium alloy hollow structure forming and welding.
